الثانية اللجنة الرئاسية التي لم تعلن اوتتاجر ببعض الاجراءات التقنية لاستحالة التزوير مثل ان بطاقات الاقتراع في دفاتر بكعب مشرشر بارقام مسلسلة في الكعب والاستمارة حذف رقمين من الرقم القومي للناخب من كشوف التوقيع ليستكملها الموظف من واقع بطاقة الرقم القومي للناخب داخل اللجنة والعلامة المائية واشيء اخرى
